| Checking dining opportunities in Graham county this morning. Places I've had in mind in Robbinsville are takeout only at this time. Good, they aren't closed, bad, no group dining at Southern Gals. Fat Buddies in Florence, NC, still offers dining.
We are going to Deal�s Gap Aug 6-9. We will meet at the rest area south of Florence on I 75, Ready to drive at 9:30, tanks full, bladders empty. We are staying at the Phillips Inn, Robbinsville,828 479 3370, and plan to lead a ride on Cherohala Skyway and Weyeh Rd to Franklin. We hope to show you the Fontana Dam Visitor center. We are winging it, we don�t have time to pre-ride the route this summer but we have been to the area four times in the past 6 or 8 years. We hope to eat at Buddie's BBQ in Franklin, and at the Lodge at Tapoca. We will make a stop at the souvenir shop at the top of the Dragon, its a photo op too.
